Open to U.S. residents and international visitors entering while physically in the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia. Rhode Island residents are excluded.
Entrants must be at least 18 and the age of majority where they reside. Participation and receipt must be lawful; applicable sanctions, prohibitions and unmet mandatory local approvals exclude entry. Employees administering this Giveaway at Admetec®, Andau Medical or participating agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are excluded. Healthcare professionals must also meet professional and employer gift rules. Void where prohibited.
Entries open October 1, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. and close October 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CDT (Nashville, UTC-5), matching the exhibition opening and closing. The form stays open overnight. Entries outside this period are ineligible; the entry-system timestamp determines receipt.
Submit the HubSpot form on the Giveaway webpage, accessed directly or through the booth QR code. Provide accurate details and accept these Rules. One entry per person; automated, fraudulent and duplicate entries are not permitted. No purchase, paid conference admission, booth visit, social-media follow or marketing subscription is required. None improves your chances of winning.
One winner receives one Flamingo® camera provided by Admetec® in the standard U.S. retail package, including its standard accessories. Approximate total retail value: US$4,500.
No cash alternative or transfer is offered. If the specified prize becomes unavailable, a lawful substitute of equal or greater value may be provided. No purchase or paid subscription is required to claim the prize. Applicable product warranties and mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.
Admetec® will randomly select one potential winner for the October 11, 2026 live announcement. Each eligible entry has an equal chance; odds depend on entries received. After the announcement, the potential winner will be emailed and has five calendar days to respond and complete reasonable eligibility checks. Necessary delivery and tax details may be requested. Canadian potential winners must correctly answer an unaided, time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, with reasonable accommodations where needed. An alternate will be drawn if the entrant is ineligible, declines or does not respond. No claim fee applies.
The potential winner will be announced live from Admetec®’s offices in Israel on October 11, 2026, through its official social-media accounts linked from the Giveaway webpage. The time, including the relevant time zones, will be announced separately. The announcement is subject to subsequent eligibility verification; delivery follows confirmation. No live attendance is required. Public identification will ordinarily be limited to first name, surname initial and state or country. Photographs and testimonials require separate permission and are not conditions of receiving the prize.
If the winner resides in the United States, Andau Medical will arrange supply and delivery. If the winner resides outside the United States, Admetec® will coordinate delivery directly or through an authorized distributor in that country, including Andau Medical where appropriate. Fulfillment follows residence and delivery destination, not citizenship. Admetec® may appoint a suitable partner to meet local distribution, import or service requirements without reducing the prize entitlement. No prize is handed over at AAID.
Admetec® or its fulfillment partner covers standard shipping and applicable import duties and delivery-related charges. Any personal income tax on the prize is the winner’s responsibility. Necessary tax or healthcare-transparency reporting may be made where legally required. The prize is not conditional on purchases, prescriptions, recommendations or referrals.
Dispatch will ordinarily be arranged within 30 days after verification and receipt of necessary delivery information, or sooner where required by law. Material delays will be communicated. Delivery must comply with export controls, sanctions and import requirements; any necessary lawful alternative will respect the winner’s mandatory rights.
Admetec® may reject fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries on reasonable, documented grounds. If a serious technical failure, fraud or legal requirement prevents fair administration, proportionate corrective action may be taken and material changes announced. Changes will not arbitrarily disadvantage valid entries or create retroactive marketing consent.
These Rules are governed by Tennessee law and applicable U.S. federal law, subject to mandatory laws applicable to Admetec® in Israel and to the entrant in their jurisdiction. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Entrants retain non-waivable consumer, privacy and court-access rights.
The Giveaway is administered by Admetec®, not sponsored, endorsed or administered by AAID, Facebook, Instagram or another social platform. To the extent lawful, entrants release the social platforms from claims arising solely from this independently administered promotion. Admetec Solutions Ltd. is responsible for Giveaway information. We collect name, email, state/province, ZIP/postal code, country of residence, optional phone number, submission time, consent choices and necessary security data, such as IP address. Reasonable entry-location verification may be requested. A full delivery address and other verification details are requested only when needed from the potential winner.
We use data to administer entries, prevent abuse, select and contact the winner, deliver the prize and meet legal obligations. Required details are necessary to process an entry. Where applicable, legal bases include performing the Giveaway arrangement, legal obligations and legitimate interests in secure, fair administration; marketing requires separate consent.
HubSpot processes submissions on our behalf. Necessary data may be shared with authorized fulfillment providers, couriers, advisers or authorities for administration, delivery or legal obligations, not unrestricted marketing.
Only with your separate opt-in will we share your name, email and regional details with Andau Medical Inc. for its email marketing and sales follow-up. Admetec® marketing requires its own opt-in. Each sender handles its own marketing and unsubscribes. Other distributors receive no automatic marketing permission.
Marketing consent is optional and withdrawable at any time without affecting entry or winning. Emails include unsubscribe options. Phone submission does not authorize marketing calls, texts or WhatsApp messages; separate permission is needed. Entry alone does not authorize advertising-audience uploads.
Data may be processed in Israel, the United States, Canada and approved service-provider locations. Required transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses, will apply; details are available on request. We use appropriate access controls, contracts and security measures. No system is risk-free; our legal obligations remain unchanged.
Entry records are deleted or anonymized within 12 months after final delivery unless law, disputes or compliance require longer. Winner and tax records follow statutory periods. Marketing records remain only while lawful and relevant; limited consent evidence and suppression records may be kept to honor opt-outs and demonstrate compliance.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction; object; withdraw consent; opt out of legally defined sale/sharing or targeted advertising; appeal; or complain to a regulator.
